youth summer camp

Shooting, like the many skills we teach our kids, develops the child's character and confidence. The ability to learn a unique skill set, make new friends and become part of a responsible and capable community is part and parcel of this 4-week youth camp. We are proud to be offering our summer youth camp for the second year in a row, and we are determined to make this experience part of the memories your child will have for the rest of their lives. Your child will learn how to treat all firearms with respect and responsibility as well as learning how to shoot and operate handguns, rifles, and shotguns of all types.

The camp begins with a clear and thorough understanding of the fundamentals of firearm safety. We take safety very seriously, and as parents ourselves, we welcome the task of creating a safety-conscious environment for your child to learn through. We will also explain the range rules here at Granite State Indoor Range (These go hand in hand with the 4 rules of firearm safety). As we dive deeper into the camp, we will take the time to show the child the variety of firearms that are out there, how they work, and how to safely and accurately fire them. As every session concludes, we will debrief, have some well-deserved snacks and talk about what we've learned.

We hope to be part of their childhood memories as they grow and become confident and capable young men and women.

We are offering 2 camps, 4 sessions each with 10 spots available per camp for children ages 12 to 17 years old (this is to make sure we have their undivided attention, and they have ours) so make sure to book a spot for your child below.

All shooting supervision and classroom instruction are provided by certified firearms instructors - who are parents themselves.
